We went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon and it was busy! We made reservations in advance knowing this would be the case. Even though it was really busy, the service was great and the food was delicious! The busy-ness definitely made the space a little louder from all the people trying to out-talk their neighbors (despite lack of music) but it was fine because it wasn't too crowded in terms of spacing. There were also seats available outdoors with an outdoor patio as well as a covered outdoor patio.
The parking area was tight but there was a sign about additional parking available beyond the restaurant. There were a couple parking attendants to help direct the traffic flow.
We got a lot of food. Thai food is really best shared so we got several dishes knowing we would share everything. The menus were helpful because it was full of pictures - though a little disorganized, the pictures really helped. The curries don't come with the rice - you need to order a communal pot of it separately in size small or large. We got a large for 6 people but had leftover. We of course got a papaya salad to share - delicious!
