The resort was generally well maintained the grounds were manicured and the pools and spas were keep clean. The condos were clean however the value for the dollar was a bit on the expensive side for what was offered. The check- out process requested that we start the dishwasher and take the trash out. For the amount that we paid for the get-away maid service should have been included mid-week or at a minimum don’t ask me to start the cleaning process for the housekeeping staff. We have been members of Interval International for almost 20 years utilizing both Interval exchanges and Marriott Vacation Resorts at minimum once a year and a maximum of four times some years. In ALL our travels around the world this is the first resort that had the fewest amenities / activities and yet charged for every activity including the water aerobics.

Room Tip: If you like quiet request a room that is not next to the pool

The landscaping, pools and fountains were maintained beautifully. The unit was laid out well for 4 adults and two teenagers. The resort is close to downtown loaded with shops and restaurants, the tram, horseback riding, hiking. There was a lot to see. Daytrips to Hollywood and San Diego are possible if flexible with driving times to avoid traffic. My only complaint was the handle to the slider to the patio was broken, so sliding the door from the outside was difficult. Floor and/or carpets appeared clean but were obviously very dirty after we walked on them in bare feet. It was nice that there were 8 smaller pools on the property, limiting the number of swimmers to the units surrounding each. . We've stayed at places that have one grand pool, and it is a zoo on hot days. Everything else was maintained well. I would recommend this resort to others.

Theres nothing to say about this place except its gorgeous. The grounds here are peacful and the staff is friendly. The rooms are very spacious. Palm springs is a quaint town for the higher end vaction taker. I would advise to visit the local resturants like LG’s steak house. The cliff house or the hair of the dog pub.

Absolutely loved this place, the grounds are beautifully manicured and the apartment was fabulous. Accommodation was spacious and well equipped with everything you would need to make your stay comfortable including a washer/dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

The apartment had it's own garage which included 2 bikes for our use, the only draw back was that our hire car was too wide to fit inside however there was plenty of space to park in front of it.

There are multiple swimming pools on site, all of which were clean and well maintained. There is also a small fitness centre although you cannot really fit more than 4 people in it at any one time and it was very hot.

The resort is about ten minutes drive from downtown Palm Springs.

Room Tip: Avoid apartments near the swimming pools, can be a little noisy.

My husband and I went for a week in May - it was so hot but just lovely. This is our 4th time at this resort. We really feel comfortable and sae there. There are so many organized on site activities as well as so many pools. I love to spend the morning in the pool and then do some indoor activities in the heat of the day. Villas are all very well kept up. The grounds are immaculate. Lots of upkeep happening all the time. The resort lets you know well in advance of any scheduled maintenance. We had an issue with our TV and the maintenance folks were there within minutes. Very relazing
