A great experience with simply amazing views. We had to wait about an hour and a half for our tram but the time went very quickly. We were able to grab a bite and check out the gift shop. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Took an early tram up on Easter Sunday. The staff is very friendly. The tram does rotate so it gives everyone inside a chance to take in the views. It does get bumpy along the away if there is wind.

Take the time to go up the tramway and see the entire Palm Springs valley area from 9,000 feet. The tramway is a feat of engineering not to be missed. Get there early (opens at 10am during the week) and avoid the crowds. The tramway has a movable floor so no matter where you stand, you will see the entire 360 degree view on your way up and down. If you take the Desert View hike, be sure to spend some time at Notch #3 -- the views are incredible and there are plenty of places to just sit and absorb what you are seeing. There are then multiple additional hikes available by checking into the Ranger station.

I didn’t think I could do the tram but not too bad. Once up to the top, beautiful. If one doesn’t like heights and open air one might consider going but I would go again with visitors for the wonderful views.

Didn't realize that this was the largest rotating tram in the world but the ride was amazing. There was no snow when we arrived at the top but it was nicely cool. Will plan to come again for the snow. Tip: Book online especially during holidays to avoid the lines.
