We stumbled upon this restaurant through TripAdvsor and this was a great find. The immediate friendly greeting from the staff - the Daughter and Sister at the Bar to the Sister (owner) in the Kitchen along with the fabulous cooking of Mom.

First off the restaurant is attractive and well laid out with a great outdoor space and plenty of parking. We chose to sit at the bar and really enjoyed it with traditional German Beer Steins, great selection of beers, wines and full bar.

The portions were plenty, not only us but others bringing the leftovers home. The German Pretzels served fresh and hot! The homemade soup of the day a chicken and cabbage was served piping hot, full of flavor, full of chicken, cabbage, vegetables - we loved it.

Both entrees we had were excellent that we could so so much but we know we will be going back again and again. It is a great place for a couple, a family or a group of friends.

They have been open for a year and have done no advertising - they have built a great crowd and it shows why.

Get in the car and go - you will be so happy!

Wonderful restaurant and staff at this little desert find. German dishes with the Croatian flair. Four ladies shared 3 of their specialty dishes with extra Schnitzel. What a nice array of food. I am not a beer drinker, but they have some beers that the other ladies enjoyed.

Exceptional German, and Croatia influenced meal of cabbage rolls, goulash,Schnitzel , and Paprika chicken, served with spaetzle and red cabbage. All was homemade on site, which was casual ,warm and inviting.... And busy. Desserts were also homemade and we enjoyed a delicious apple strudel. Servings were ample and visually delicious also. Our servers were very friendly and prompt. We will return.

We came here on a Wednesday night in December. Everything about this restaurant experience was excellent.

The staff are prompt, friendly and gracious.

We were served samples of their excellent sauerkraut and cole slaw. I had a great German wheat beer and my wife had a very good chardonnay. We had the sausage plate and the stuffed cabbage. The food was delicious. Each and every bite.

The owner is a lovely woman - Z - who greets her guests, offers advice, and, at least during the pre-holiday season, served each table cookies that her mother, the Chef, makes. And, then, she gave each of her guests that night a box with a few more cookies to take with them.

The restaurant feels lively without being loud.

Everyone sitting in the restaurant that night from couples to large groups seemed happy and to be enjoying their meals.

That says a lot. We'll be back.

Had a great time here. Me and my buddy were looking for a place to eat that wasn't the same old, same old. Boy this hit the spot. Great beers, authentic food, and friendly staff and service. I had the "Cevapcici" which is a sausage dish from the Balkans (the owner / chef is originally from one of the Balkan countries, apparently.) Anyhow all the food looks really good and tasted authentic. The beer selection is great. I enjoyed the atmosphere.
