“Very clean and nice”
Reviewed 24 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

Good location for Carmel Car Week. Close, but far enough away to be quiet. Bed was very comfortable and whole unit was very clean. (And I am a bit fussy about that).View is of the hills, but a bit obscured by trees. Nice pool, but was unheated , therefore unusable. Took us a few days to find the shower soap in a cabinet. NIce residential area-seemed very safe. I appreciated the free aquarium tickets and the provided coffee to get us started. Perfect for two people-personally I wouldn't want to share with more.

“Comfy & Relaxing!!”
Reviewed 16 August 2017 for a stay in July 2017

I loved every sense of it. I love the comfort feel and the restroom sky view was awesome!! I got married the weekend I booked it and was exactly what we wanted. Something private, comfortable, and enough space to get ready and it was perfect.

Thank you so much,

“Comfortable and Quiet Get-away”
Reviewed 19 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

Great location for visiting the beach and Monterey and it's sites and the aquarium.
We took our two dogs and walked them in the nearby forest and the beach. Pacific Grove is a charming town. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed meeting the owner's son who hosted us and was always ready with helpful directions
for nearby attractions.

“Cute, comfy and serene small cottage in Pacific Grove”

Sarah and Evan's cottage was beautifully (and efficiently) set-up at the back of their property, amidst a wonderfully serene garden and with a view of the Pacific. The cottage was easy to get to, our hosts were responsive and very welcoming, and the cottage is a close drive to groceries, restaurants (do not miss Julia's) and a bakery. Max 10 minutes drive to the aquarium and Monterey's beachfront.

We'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Pacific Grove is a very charming town. It is in close proximity to Monterey, 17 mile drive and Carmel so there was lots to do and see. It was great having the passes to the aquarium - it is The Best aquariam ever. Evan & Sarah are lovely people and charming hosts. We so enjoyed the vinyl collection .. really fun placing those old records that were not scratched & sounded great. We really appreciated the letter Evan sent prior to our arrival that listed all of their favorite restaurants, hikes, things to do & see. Sadly Big Sur was closed due to road closures and a bridge being out. Our first day in the Bungalow it rained ... really rained. We so enjoyed just being cozy, listening to great music and reading. So nice to look out to the ocean. We walked from the Bungalow thru the wood to Spanish Bay and loved the Bagpiper who played at sunset ... we will be back!!
