This is a cute, western-themed restaurant with a very nice staff. Four of us went for breakfast and had a range of items including a short stack of pancakes, a "pan san" (pancakes, eggs, and sausage or bacon) for a man, and lighter fare for the two cowgirls. Actually "lighter fare" is a bit hard to come by as the portions are somewhat large, e.g. the "short stack" is three giant (i.e. "cowgirl" sized) cakes served with a larger-than-golf-sized butter ball. Lots of locals go there, and we'll be back, but I will bring some real maple syrup, as "Mrs. Butterworth" doesn't hack it!
