We purchased our tickets through Stub Hub back in July 2017 for the Oct 19th show. Due to the Napa fires this concert was rescheduled for April 5th. We drove in the rain and traffic to get to Napa from Danville / Pleasanton Ca. Stood in line for 1/2 hour in the rain. Our tickets were scanned and we were in the theatre looking for our seats. Their seemed to be a mix up as our seats were not available. The staff was very congenial trying to figure it out- no problem we were excited to finally be at the show. As the show was starting we were asked to step into the lobby with the other 2 patrons. That's where we met Ms Erica Simpson. From the beginning she was rude- when my friend mentioned we were missing the show her response was - "rudely" calm down your only missing a song. She then told us our tickets were no good and we would have to leave! We could call Stub Hub - so I got on the phone with Stub Hub - she then told us we would have to leave the facility...when I told her she had made this experience terrible and she was extremely rude she smerked- OK I was not a happy camper and then called her a B---. She had us removed by security!!!!!. We are 2 moms from the bay area going to Napa to see Bozz Scaggs- not exactly the scariest people out there. The venue is awesome, the people inside are awesome- but until Erica Simpson is gone we will not step foot in that venue. Reminder- we drove in the rain and traffic to get there - stood in the rain to get in.. only to be thrown out!!!! Never in my life have I been treated like that. BTW- even though it was Stub Hub error- they were super nice, they've obviously been trained in customer service.
