We arrived and were greeted by a men. He was very friendly and helpful, directed us to room number 8 and left. We entered the room on the ground floor and both windows couldn't be locked. The door was repaired by a piece of wooden board, the overall look was a poor, sober place, not clean. I felt unsafe and we called the friendly man back telling him about my problem. He would try to get us our money back and we left for a hotel near by booked via last minute hotels.com. We did get our money back after hotels.com made a phone call. So, the problem was solved professionally but people think about the place. Maybe is you are a though city person you'll think what are you talking about but for me, a 52 year old women from the Netherlands was this the first place in 30 trips to the USA where I instantly felt unsafeMore
