Ugh. Dirty rooms, had to have our sheets changed when we got there because of stains. Crack pipe under the microwave. Dirty smelly furniture. Stayed one night and took our kids OUT.
On the plus side, we did not find any roaches but kept our suitcases zipped with all clothes inside just in case.
Called to speak with the manager when I got home but he//she never returned the call.
Absolutely filthy and disgusting. Stains on bedspread and rugs. Room wasn't dusted. Smells. Hallway, too. Two-table breakfast room dirty, too. Breakfast appeared to be only some dry cereal. Bullet-proof window in reception tells you something.
The good reviews in this site are not understandable.
This hotel is a little out of the way and yet right smack in the middle of places. It takes you about 30 minutes to get to Disneyland and the surrounding area. And about 20 minutes from Magic Mountain. The rooms are EXCELLENT. Super clean, huge beds, and a very friendly staff. The price is so wonderful that you don't mind the extra drive to the amusement parks. As I stated above, they offer a free continental breakfast that has a large variety from fresh bagels, muffins, cereal, milk, juice, yogurt, coffee, tea, hard boiled eggs, etc. They also offer a AAA discount.
Used gps to usc. Good location, great parking. Will stay here again. Good, quick breakfast. I had oatmeal with raisins and a toasted bagel with coffee. Clean room with complimentary Coke and water. Helpful staff, refrigerator,microwave, hair dryer, iron and board.
I check in after a long flight and took a nap. When I awoke, I made the bed only to find BED BUGS. I had my room switched but never heard from management after my inquiring in regards to hr incident. It seems after a guest slept with disqusting bed bugs they should be notified by someone with an apology or something. Me, nothing of the sorts. Just creeped out and never ever again. Also have to mention that when I called the front desk, nobody answered, I went to the lobby and was told they shut the phones off. WHAT??? And if there is an emergency, then what happens???
