Walked in and try to close curtains curtains fell apart no remote control had to call the office phone wasn't plugged into the wall and The refrigerator was leaking for someone by them self it was kind of scary

It's fine to get some rest while getting stranded to your next destination..I asked for a statement receipt but not ready at front desk coz I checked out early although I have the receipt that was handed to me during check in I just needed one again. She asked for my email but I haven't received it yet...overall it was an ok stay ..but the secure lock on door is broken and wall have some damages and couch looks dingy..I think I was the only one on 3rd floor so it was nice and quiet. .does this stay counts as points?
