The Dumpling Shop in Millbrae has the best Xiao Long Bao around. These are soup dumplings. They have other good Dim Sum and a nice variety of Chinese food
There noodles are excellent and the value is great!!

We were here for dinner and surprised that this restaurant so busy. I found foods below average but the portions were huge. Not exactly cheap also. Service was fast but not friendly. Male toilet needs to be cleaned sometimes.

Maybe its a matter of taste but really so, so, so . Read reviews and saw a busy line and full resto on a weekday, that being a really small restaurant. Michelin rated at that. It all boils to the taste. Yang Chow fried rice was very ordinary, not salty yet not flavorful. Quality of rice thick and clumpy. Needed more wok time. The Shaio Long Bao was ok, the soupy juice was a signature taste. But still nothing spectacular. The noodles were bland and the sesame chicken was just ok. Better go to Panda express. Price is right but please lets be honest. Good service also.

The closed 9/15, menu looked good, small place limited seating , prices very reasonable. Too bad. Ended at cheung hung instead, kitchen standing room only next time

This place was PACKED! On a Tuesday night. Which leads me to believe that I ordered the WRONG thing. I should also mention it was full of Chinese people and clearly they know better than I do about what is good and bad Chinese food.

That said, I have only ever had worse Chinese food in Santiago, Chile I am a HUGE fan of Dim Sum and ordered some pretty basic dishes: steamed pork dumplings and pan fried noodles. First of all, any Chinese restaurant that uses a frozen pea and carrot mix in their dishes is immediately disqualified for me. Which they did in the pan fried noodles which were served in the most flavorless brown sauce on the planet. The dumplings were a bunch of flavorless ground pork in a wrapper. Terrible. So don't order either of these things.

I'm not saying don't go...but I won't again.
