Only stay here if you are a super big fan of staying in old buildings. The cost of rooms don’t justify the poor service. Many times the hand sanitizer was empty. The doorman will only open the door for white guests so be careful if are expecting it and as a person of color. More

I wanted this hotel to be good. Like, really good. It wasn't. This is an old hotel that has some charm but can't compete with the other hotels around it. They desk wrote down the wrong room number. The room was preassigned on line and in the app. I went to that room, but it wasn't the room on the key card. the room was fine. A bit dated, like 90's glam dated, but not horrible. The valet was the star of this story - efficient, timely and friendly. That's not enough to warrant a return.

My stay here was very nice and pleasant. Very clean hotel and the staff was friendly.The restaurant had very good food and drinks. I was able to check in early because it was raining very hard on 12/23/21.

Cool old hotel great location. Amenities and service were bad bed was lopsided room small guest services didn’t care could be really cool place to stay if new managers and beds linens etc. hopefully they will upgrade this hotel

This property is good the location is good the members of the Hilton was good to me. I definitely will come back again. Need to know when there going to be a event. The Hilton checker is very clean I can say that

We loved our stay at the Hilton Checkers in downtown Los Angeles! The room was very nice and clean and comfortable. We had breakfast at the restaurant which was very enjoyable. The valet had our car ready very quickly and made it easy to bring a car to the stay. Every part of our trip was wonderful, thank you!
