I stayed at the hotel frequently during the pandemic and it was not a good experience as they had 1,500 COVID testers staying at the hotel and limited staff.
It's been a few months since I've stayed at the hotel and I am happy to report they are back to normal. The hotel is staffed, and everything seems to be functional.
The rooms are nice and efficient, and they feel fairly fresh. I prefer the hotel when staying in DTLA. The location is close to my client, so it works well for me. I look forward to returning next month.
