This hotel is old and needs an upgrade. The bed was terrible, the linens were worse. The rain shower head is great if you want wet hair, huh? Turned on the shower and got a face full of water from the handheld! Room is so small you have to go outside to change your mind. Elevators are overworked and to get to the event space can not use the elevators. I do not recommend this property

Classic hotel (even though from the 1970's) with a great lobby. Our room was pie-shaped, not too big, probably a standard room. Great views of the city. Staff was attentive. Covid took away many of the restaurants which used to be in the hotel, but the one on the ground floor was very nice (although expensive).

The bartenders at the lobby bar are unprofessional and disrespectful. They proceeded to allow us to sit without being helped while assisting others around us including people who arrived AFTER us. We traveled all day and we're exhausted and just wanted a bite to eat before bed. Dealing with the time change, we are already exhausted. The lady at the front desk that checked us in was so polite it's unfortunate that it all went down hill from there once we arrived at the bar. I will update with names soon.
