Clean room with 2 comfortable double beds and Coffee/tea making facilities. Warm cookies on arrival. Only downside was traffic noise through the windows, could do with better glazing to inhibit sounds. Attractive Kyoto Garden attached to hotel. Hotel situated close to the Japanese Village Plaza in Little Tokyo. Metro stations 10 - 15 min walk away. Would stay here again.

Before you book this hotel please keep in mind that the room are very old and not maintained properly and they also do not offer complementary breakfast.
Apart from location there is nothing good about this hotel for the premium price you pay.

Hotel is located downtown but not in the heart of DTLA. My initial room was a disappointment. The furniture was visibly damaged and dirty as well as dated. I was moved to another room that also had dated and dirty furniture. The was a bit of a disappointment considering I've stayed at previous Hiltons in the past. The rooms need a full make over. Those cloth couches have to go... They are firthy and simply serve as a dirt/germ repository. Make sure the furniture is proportionate to the room type. Room 2016 is large suite. That couch is too small for a room that size. Also, get a few humidifiers and keep them for guest. the air quality in the hotel is questionable at times. I hard a difficult time breathing throughout the night when the heat was on. Lastly, the windows on the high floors MUST be clean. The view is great but the windows are caked with residue. The staff was nice and considerate. The hotel just needs a refresh.

After biting into chicken I realized it was undercooked and had blood dripping from it. The room was extremely small and the bathroom was even smaller - barely enough room to turn around in. It was dated.

Was here for a cousin's wedding in the Arts District. It's downtown LA, so generally lots of traffic, more expensive than most other cities. Cost of our stay was reasonable. The location was convenient and fun: on Los Angeles Streetnear the 110 and 101 freeways near the Arts District, museums, Little Tokyo, China Town.
