I loved this hotel yes it is not in the bestest of downtown but trust me it didn’t really interfere with how safe we felt.. we did had a car so maybe if you’re walking it would be different but taking Uber or Lyft should make things a lot safer...staff was always smiling and willing to help...hotel was clean, beds were comfy and great city views... no complaints here!

This was our stop before going home from our Las Vegas trip. The front desk agent Michael was great! I told him about our 1st year anniversary trip. And the hotel surprised us with strawberries and wine! He went out of his way to make sure we had a good anniversary! Thank you for putting the cherry on top!

Wonderful location and close to restaurants, Little Tokoyo and museums. The hotel room was older but still clean and nice. Service staff are great, friendly. The breakfast buffet has made to order omelets, bacon etc. everything was close so we used Lyft car service for places greater distances.

We were very happy with the hotel rooms and amenities, but the location is quite a way from the main tourist areas.

The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious.

The hotel reception area is also great!

Staff are very accommodating, friendly and professional.

Would definitely return to this hotel!

This beautiful resort made us feel at home and welcome; with the gorgeous decor, breath-taking Japanese gardens, and accommodating team members. We had leftovers from dinner but there was no microwave in the room for us to reheat it. When I called the front desk, asking if there was a microwave on property for us to use, the front desk agent had someone bring one up to our room-- even though we were okay with walking to the closest one. We were touched by the simple, yet meaningful gesture. If you stay at this resort, you won't be disappointed.
