We got here right at 5:00 to watch the sunset and hopefully grab a patio table on the sixteenth floor, we did not get a first some first serve patio table but there is ample standing room. Thankfully I had made dining reservations too so we sat on the fifteenth floor in the dining room for apps and drinks.

The vibe is good and packed by the time we left at 6:15 on a Saturday night. The views are wonderful. Book in advance !

One minor gripe, the drinks are small and my old fashioned was not right.

It's wabbit season at perch, and I am glad. My friends and I had dinner here, and I ordered the rabbit ravioli. It was delicious--I wanted to order another one.

This restaurant does get crowded, so you may want to make reservations? We didn't, so we had to wait for a table to open up. The best tables are the ones by the enormous windows or on the veranda. The cityscape views are spectacular.

This is a quintessential LA restaurant. You have no clue it exists until you are in it. A friend of mine tipped us off, and I'm so glad. The furniture is shabby traditional eclectic with oversized, mismatched chairs and deep, velvets colors and floral patterns throughout.

I enjoyed it so much, I want to take my husband now.

We had a celebratory dinner with my wife and son on January 30. Easy to get reservations. We preferred a railing table and were graciously moved right away. Very fancy restaurant but the prices were not bad. Portions were generous without overwhelming. Nice view. Our waiter, Liam, was courteous, pleasant and accommodating. If I ever got back to LA would eat here again.

We had read so many good things about Perch that we were afraid we would be disappointed. We were not. The ambiance was excellent, the people were friendly and accommodating, and the view was great. Great vibe, great view, great food and service. We will definitely come back. We mistakenly made our reservation on the wrong night and instead of turning us away, they fit us in. Really good service on their part. The only minor criticism is that the draft beer list is not ideal Highly recommend.

The building itself is pretty cool. You have to go up two separate elevators to get to the rooftop restaurant. I didn't really look at the outside of the building, but it looked kind of art deco on the inside. We made a reservation, which I highly recommend. Although our group was seated on the terrace, we were kind of secluded in the corner. That was probably best as we had a great time! There was live music with a singer, drums, guitars, which was a nice touch. Lot of people also enjoying the drinks and music on the couches. We ordered the baked brie to share. It was good, the apple slaw added a nice tang. I ordered the Rabbit Ravioli. I didn't know what to expect, but it was fantastic. I liked that it had a little kick to it... no pun intended! Our group also shared fries, risotto, and mac-n-cheese. I think my favorite was the mac - it had a nice smoky bacon flavor, but the risotto was excellent as well. We shared the bread pudding and almond cake for dessert. Go with the bread pudding. The almond cake was good, but bordered on dry. The service was great and the setting is fantastic. We made some great memories.
