Wish You Where Here has only been open since late December 2011 and I have already been there twice! My first stay was 3 days after they opened, and my first impression was, true hospitality. I have stayed in all their types of accommodations, the dorms are really good, you get your own box so you can lock your stuff in it and I slept like a baby every night, and the dorms are cheap. The bungalows are really cosy, it is a stereotypically bungalow, people nowadays can call pretty much everything a bungalow even if it's not even close, but these ones are real bungalows. The place is located close to the best beach in sihanoukville, you can through a rock from the lounge/bar into the ocean. The lounge/bar is the best, you can really relax in the most comfortable sofas and swingchairs, also the food is very tasty, from the fried rice to the beef burger. All together I stayed at Wish You Where Here for almost 4 weeks.

The second time I was there I brought my girlfriend, and she has now also found here little paradise.

Loved my stay at Wish you were here.

Az and the other owner were very friendly and helpful.

The set up and the atmosphere at the bar are second to none, so many places to relax (hanging baskets a must) and other places to enjoy drinks with other backpackers I met there!

The french girl making cocktails definitely has a knack for them and the menu was limited but when the food family came out it was worth the wait!

Felt like a home away from home... Counting the days til I go back :)

Room Tip: I enjoyed staying in the bungalows for the privacy of my own room and there also close to the shower block

The owners were on sight, which was great. But one was permanently stoned. I was greeted by one with a joint in his mouth.....and this just continued all day and into the night. My room was above the bar, so the marihuana smoke found its way into my room.
There are only 4 toilets/showers and two were unavailable for use. Doors were broken or off their hinges.
The bar was the best part, until guests walk down in their pj's and light up a joint while you're trying to enjoy breakfast. And that was nothing fancy.
For $15 a night you can find better elsewhere.
