What a truly awful place....no atmosphere...poor staff...old hotel...poor old ac. 1960s pool.very dangerous and slippy around pool. Food is a disgrace. Old smelly fridges. Now closed....no surprise...now under name of yulanda...V good gym but that is only positive thing...steam room and sauna dirty. In need of serious renovation. Poor WiFi and far too expensive rates for what u get. Writing 200 words about this place is a waste of time . Once we had a yoghurt and it was 3 months out of date.....nearly got sick but this was probably good for the standard of this hotel. Breakfast was ok but no variation or taste. Staff were poorly trained and had no interest in helping anyone at any time....

There is nothing special about this hotel and it may be ok for just a few days. The "Cambodian Resort" is classified three stars and offers moderately furnished rooms with A/C, ok bathrooms and balconies towards the pool area. The buffet breakfast is ok and features Asian and Western food. The free Wifi in the rooms is extremely slow- The staff is friendly and helpful but not very fluent in English. Please note that there are various establishments surrounding the hotel that feature loud music until the early morning hours which may stop people from falling asleep. The hotel is located only three blocks from the busiest and loudest beach in town and may therefore more appeal to the party generation rather than to those who favor a quiet beach.

Room Tip: Avoid the rooms at the pool area

Staff was friendly and helpful, the gym was fully equipped and, had it not been raining during my entire stay I would have enjoyed the pool. Cambodia Resort is walking distance to the beach.

Quality of the bedroom was the largest disappointment as water leaked from the ceiling during heavy showers and it paled in comparison to the other hotels where resided during my extended visit to Cambodia. Breakfast was also terrible due to the number of flies on the food.

Serendipity Beach Resort was priced comparably and was right on the beach, consider that as an alternative.

Room Tip: Get the outside view instead of the courtyard view if you want more privacy.

This place is horrible , by far the worse place we have ever stayed in..
1. It's not a resort we have stayed in better hostels then this.
2. We woke up next morning with bugs bits and my bf lip was so swollen.
3. The food was gross ants everywhere
4. They accused us for breaking the toilet seat and wanted us to pay $15 for a new toilet seat which wasn't us.
5. After one night we checked out first thing in the morning and we wanted to leave and not say anything but when they tried to charge us double for the toilet seat which we didn't break we where upset and asked to speak to a manager. But no managers where on that day and the rest of the staff could hardly speak English

By far the worse place we have ever stayed in !

Nice hotel with friendly staff.
Had a great visit.
Definately go back there!
Nice pool.
Best fitness in town!!
Great massage salon with showers.
Cocktailbar and restaurant very good too!

Very nearby the beach, less than 10min drive by tuktuk to the centre.
