This is a Japanese restaurant all you can eat in 2 hours or all you can wait in 2 hours. We were there on a Saturday at 5 pm opening time trying to beat the crowd. There is a sign said there is a 2-hour limit. We were seated 20 minutes later although there were several empty tables.
It is not a self-serve buffet, each person can order 3 items at a time. After your order arrives, you can order next 3 items and so on... Sounds good, so we did as directed.
The food is very average and small portion. Well, this is all you can eat place, so we can just order more later. Not so fast. The first item in our order did not arrive for 15 minutes and the next item another 15 minutes. The 3rd item (crab ceviche) did not arrive and the waitress took our second order. I reminded her that we still had one item left. She acknowledged. It took another 30 minutes for 2 of 3 items in the second order to arrive. Again the 3rd item (lobster ceviche) did not come. I asked again and she said that they all out of ceviche. Already? We were one of the first to arrive at the restaurant when it opened on a Saturday evening. Next they ran out of beef in BEEF SUKIYAKI, they ran out of avocado in TUNA & DICED AVOCADO, yet in our DRAGON ROLL there were plenty of avocado. Finally they "ran out" of green tea ice cream, only vanilla flavor left. After our 3rd order, we told the waitress it was our final order, boy did the order come quick - within 5 minutes. Overall it was not a good dining experience. We left at 7:30pm. Felt dissatisfied and cheated.
