Stayed 2 nights during a wedding weekend (the wedding was at the Guerneville Lodge, just a mile down the road). My room at West Sonoma Inn was in the "annex", across the creek from the main lobby and the rest of the property. The annexed area had 3 rooms and was located on a very quiet side road; this was a nice surprise because any lodging along River Road was LOUD with traffic, as this is the major thoroughfare through town (pertinent if you are a light sleeper).
The room could have used some touching up: paint was scraped in places, that type of thing. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, mini fridge was loud as it cycled on and off so I unplugged it at night.
Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings was more than ample: homemade granola, yogurt, bagels, muffins, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, hot drinks and juice. Definitely much better than typical "continental" breakfasts at chain hotels.
I did not have time for any of the spa treatments. I would stay again as I feel price met the value of staying there.
