After picking up my daughter from the hotel, we decided to stop by BK Bistro on the way home. We specifically looked for a dim sum place around Freemont and from the various sites this came out on top for us. Apprehensive at first since it's hidden away inside office complex. We were mildly surprised when we went inside. The place is decorated nicely and the dim sum was very good. The service was a bit slower but that might have been due to us being early as it was way before 11am. For us BK's was one of the few places open at 10am. After we got struggled we started marking up the sheet for our dim sum, nice that one used both Chinese and English. Further, our waitress, also owner's spouse I believe, could communicate in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. We tried the buns and the dumplings, enjoyed them all but favorite was the baked BBQ pork buns. Would recommend for dim sum, can't speak for their dinner.

Very pleased that the joint birthday celebration was held in this restaurant. My sister ordered all kinds of dim sums and all of us had an excellent lunch. Fresh, authentic dim sums are freshly cooked and so delectable! Noodles ordered also are savorous!
The only downsides are the plastic water glasses. Wish the management will replace them with real glasses. We'll surely come back again for another wonderful dim sum meal.

Kind of a strange location for Dim SUm place, tucked in an office complex. But worth looking for it as the Shanghai dumpling is one of the best I have had, including some in Shanghai! The dumpling is moist, soup is tasty, and the skin just right - thin enough but not so thin that the soup leaks out.

Rest of the dim sum is good too - their lotus leaf rick & the bun with duck egg is good too. Char Siew pau is not bad, rest of the dim sum acceptable for being in Bay Area...

Will return to try their other regular dishes!

This place gets busy, so arrive either early or late to avoid lines...and wear something you would wash immediately as ventilation could be improved (seeming as with most of the smaller mom and pop shops)

Great Dim sum place with tradtional items like bbq bun, chicken feet, chow fun, wonton soup, porridge, sticky rice etc. All the dim sum are made to order, so they are fresh and delicious. Although the price at BK is higher than that in Chinatown of San Francisco, it is a good deal for Fremont.

A royalty program is available at the store. You can accumulate points to redeem a dim sum dish.

It is clean with good services. Go there around 2 pm on weekend if you don't want to wait for your seat.
