After picking up my daughter from the hotel, we decided to stop by BK Bistro on the way home. We specifically looked for a dim sum place around Freemont and from the various sites this came out on top for us. Apprehensive at first since it's hidden away inside office complex. We were mildly surprised when we went inside. The place is decorated nicely and the dim sum was very good. The service was a bit slower but that might have been due to us being early as it was way before 11am. For us BK's was one of the few places open at 10am. After we got struggled we started marking up the sheet for our dim sum, nice that one used both Chinese and English. Further, our waitress, also owner's spouse I believe, could communicate in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. We tried the buns and the dumplings, enjoyed them all but favorite was the baked BBQ pork buns. Would recommend for dim sum, can't speak for their dinner.
