Although they serve and brew beer, I would not call it a bar. It would be suitable for families, business or just hanging out.
My server, Trevor, was great and didn’t hesitate to suggest which beer to try (the menu was overwhelming). He was spot on as the Red Ale was perfect.
I got the ribeye and wasn’t really that impressed. The presentation was good and it had an herb butter. But the taste was bland. But the truffle fries were very good. I have been to another one and the burgers and sandwiches were excellent. So I would suggest those instead of the rib eye.
I had to catch an early flight or I probably would have come back.
Side note: Siri got me totally lost when trying to find it. It is located on the outer edge of an outdoor mall. Park in the main lot and follow the signs.

We made reservations for an early before-theater dinner on a rainy Saturday and were seated right away. The place has a modern ambience with bustling vibe. Quality of food/beverage and service were both very good. We liked the Fear the Tart and Pintail beers. The tofu bites appetizer was spot on. The fish & chips was excellently prepared: crispy and tender. The Cotija turkey burger with lettuce was a guilt free tasty pleasure. The March special of west coast meatloaf (paired with a taster glass of Red Trolley), covered with provolone cheese and plenty of julienned onion, bell pepper, and salami, did not disappoint. Overall a very good dining experience. We will definitely go back after shopping in the area.

We like to meet here for family birthday celebrations. The restaurant has valet parking, or park in the garage/lot and walk over. Usually there's a free pint (keep the glass), but lately, the servers have told us they don't have any pint glasses to give away (boo). Or you can have a free dessert for birthday celebrations.

The food is very good. Mac and cheese, fish tacos, burgers, appetizers, etc. We bring our own cake/pie, and the server will bring forks/plates. The beer is always good. I'd li

Made a reservation through their website, arrived an hour early, and was able to get seated outside where it was much quieter. My friend hadn't been here for ten years and she wanted their beer cheese soup, they did not have it. The waitress had not even heard of the soup. Lesson learned don't wait ten years to come back for a soup that has been taken off the menu. She still got her beer cheese that came with a pretzel, not just one but two, that was not expected. Which those two small pretzels would amount to one huge one - that you could get at Rock and Brew (Buena Park) or Pizza Port (Carlsbad) (which are better)! Then she got their mac n cheese with chicken, it was a big portion; rich but delicious. Another person got the regular burger cooked well, the meat was good, and the bread fresh. My friends saved room for the brownie with ice cream which was a disappointment. Chocolate, caramel, and almond silvers decorate the tall whipped cream mountain on top of two huge scoops of ice cream. Three short and skinny brownie rectangles fenced in half of the ice cream mountain. It was all great together, the brownie melted in your mouth but could have left to Cold Stones and gotten more for the same price or less. I came for the berry-apple cobbler and boy was it decadent! We did not come to drink, just for a good (expensive) dinner, it was a treat. If you are one who does enjoy to drink and are able: bring friends, share plates, and try new things.
