I was here for business meetings that were held offsite, so I have little experience with the amenities of this hotel. My room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed and clean. The internet worked well.

The atrium is beautiful and creates a peaceful atmosphere as you walk through. The bar is open and welcoming. Staff from reception to housekeeping were helpful and friendly.

We have stayed here before. It's been perfectly fine. Decent rates. I used price line. Went to an Oakland Raiders game. Then to San Francisco. Not to far from really anything you'd want to do and it will save you a lot of money. Parking is free.

We spent one night here. Our 2 young grandchildren came and swam in the pool with us. There were plenty of towels poolside. The pool was a little chilly, but the hot tub was extremely hot. The atrium and pool area is lovely. The room was fine and very clean, but we had trouble find enough outlets or plugs to charge the batteries on our phones etc. the bed was comfortable. I noticed rusting on the light fixtures in the bathroom. Too bad because it is a nice room. We left too early for the breakfast. Check in and out was fine.

Arrived 9pm. In order to check into our room we had to scream at our receptionist (bless her heart, she deserves a raise!) over a loud rock and roll, rambunctious corporate holiday party in ballroom and lobby.

Our room faced the airport runway. This hotel masks the runway noise with a consistent running bathroom fan...NO SWITCH TO TURN OFF!

Cleanliness of the room was Questionable. Musty, moldy air and our clothes stunk when we left.

Noisy, car alarms went off in the parking lot late at night.

Arranged a wake-up call, front desk called half hour later to tell us wake-up calls were impossible.

This hotel is tired and old. Would not recommend to anyone.

Clean, straightforward, pedestrian furniture and decor, lacks and real appeal or atmosphere, interior of open space restaurant and bar is kept at lower temperature than comfortable for me, persons from pool area lounge thru dining area not particularly pleasant. I won't be staying there again. Food trays in hallways not removed until late in the day....kids scrounging leftover food from these trays.

Room tip: avoid rooms near ice machines and elevators
