A rather quaint restaurant that brings a upscale flair at more reasonable prices. We had a rather diversified meal and it was delicious! The staff were attentive, and the art on the walls were beautiful!

Arte Cafe situated deep in the heart of Cerritos Towne Center, is literally an oasis of fine food buried in a shopping mall, the restaurant walls are decorated with an interesting array of art work? The food is always fresh and has a Pacific Rim theme to its dishes, there is a very well stocked bar and an outside patio to people watch. It is also a great place to eat before catching a film at the nearby Movie house.
Their wine tasting dinners are famous. The latest one that we attended was a four course meal featuring four wines from Oakville Winery in Napa Valley. The Wine company representative was very knowledgeable and had a fun way of taking about his wines. The Dinners First course of fresh bay Scallops and brie cheese ravioli, accompanied by a fine light blush wine called Elizabeth Rose Rose. Second course: was California stripe bass, grilled veg and Dijon cream sauce, with a gentle chardonnay called Elizabeth Rose. Third course consisted of New York steak with a dry cherry Cabernet sauce and avocado egg roll, washed down with a very robust Cabernet Sauvignon.
Coffee was served with a perfect berry soufflé, the cost was a mere $39.00 plus tax tip etc.
Which is a great deal by anybody’s account.

This was an awful meal. I used to love this place. I went there for lunch with a colleague. The bread was stale. The Niçoise salad was pathetic. The art on the wall was poorly placed. It was just horrible. Won't ever go back. Period.

This restaurant is a true find in a strip mall. The menu is varied and the food is very good. It's a great place to eat prior to going to the Cerritos Performing Arts Center for an evening performance.
