My husband booked this because it was the highest rated place that was available at the last minute. The reception was great. But the room had a musty smell that never went away. We had a view of the ocean and the room felt big because it had a vaulted ceiling. But for the money we paid, it is not worth it. For the same price, we have stayed at much nicer places. If the cost was lower then I would say okay, but this is not worth the money. The location is great and it is too bad that the owners don't invest in this property because with an overhaul it would be very nice. Outside our room on the landing is an old vase with very dusty old flowers- I don't know who would think this adds something to the decor. There is a very small pool which might be better as a hot tub. The included breakfast was very nice. We had warm toast and blueberry muffins, yogurt fruit and juice- all good. I hate to leave bad reviews when the people very nice but it needs a facelift.
