Rooms old, strong smell, bathroom never cleaned full of kalk. We told the receptionist the bathroom was dirty, housekeeping came just had a look and left it exactly the same. I could never talk with the manager, thanks good we had a short stay!

Really nasty!

We have stayed here recently as a stopover for catching flights and ferries! Lovely hotel and friendly staff! They have a free taxi service to Krabi town and back at set times during the day and evening! There is also a roof top bar and restaurant which was unfortunately closed when we visited:-(

My fiancé and I had a great night at the Dee Andaman Hotel during our trip to Thailand. We only booked one evening on our way back from the Phi Phi Islands and wish we had a longer stay!

We were greeted warmly with glasses of orange juice in the beautiful open foyer. The front desk staff was more than helpful; in fact, Khan Kung, one of the staffers, went above and beyond to help us connect to a couple local spots via phone. She's amazing!

Our room was on the fifth floor and had a great view of the neighboring residential area. The room was clean and had all of the amenities you would need for a good night's rest. We didn't utilize the pool, but saw several guests lounging and having a nice time. There are several restaurants about 3/4 mile away which was fine for us since we like to walk. We also dined at the hotel's restaurant for dinner and enjoyed our Thai meal.

We would definitely recommend the Dee Andaman Hotel to anyone staying in Krabi.

Dee Andaman has got to be one of our fave hotels in our Thailand trip, the staff were excellent and accommodating to our requests. We asked for a nicer room for anniversary and we're given the top floor. The room was beautiful with morrocan Thai influences and a view of trees and nature. At times there were animal noises but nothing too bad. The balcony was beautiful and the view of the pool. The staff at reception were very helpful but one lady tried to charge us 2000 thb for a guided trip to koh klang, we ended up paying 40 thb for the long-tail boat and 350 for a whole tour. So be careful about what the hotel might offer you.
Breakfast was really good and a chef making you eggs any style you like was a nice touch. The pool was lovely, especially on hot days, and the shower area to wash off also had good pressure.
The shuttle bus to Krab town market was a real bonus and both days we were virtually the only passengers. This would save you a big taxi fare. Beware though of making sure you arrive for the shuttle bus back on time. The first day local cab drivers told us it had already gone, obviously hoping that we would take a ride with them. We waited 15 more minutes and the driver did come. However the next day, a different driver and he didnt come or we missed him for 1 minute.
This is a great hotel to stay for 1 night or 2 especially if you are coming to Krabi by ferry or want to see Krab town market in evening and just relax by pool at night.

We arrived and all seemed well. Room is nice and clean ish.
Be warned pictures are deceiving,
We have 4 big bags and no one helped us, a simple press the lift button would be nice but nothing. The staff sat and watched us struggle.

Next morning we asked for information on getting to temples what to wear etc. we got the information it's the way to the airport ...?! And what you're wearing is fine.
Luckily we have brains so used our phones to get directions.
When we got to the temple we had to pay to cover our legs - the receptionist at the hotel said it was fine.
Very annoying.
Later that day we asked how we get to the bus terminal, the receptionist man who was extremely unhelpful told us to carry our 4 bags up the road in the rain to wAit for another bus to take us there.
2 perfectly good shuttle buses outside the hotel by the way, not being used.
No customer service what so ever. Very disappointed. Spend the extra money and book somewhere with helpful staff.
