Easily accessible from airport. Room size is quite good like HIlton. I believe that it is quite an old hotel so few things need renovation so that it does not look too old property. But it does not mean that it is not a great place to stay. It is a good hotel to stay nearby SFO.More

The airport shuttle was a plus for us. The official time is actually 4am but they were very nice to arrange the shuttle for us earlier as our flight was earlier. Food at the restaurant was nice too and price was reasonable. Sadly we didn't stay long enough in the room

I do apologize for the confusion regarding our shuttle service. To clarify, our shuttle runs every 20 minutes between the hours of 4 am and 12:20 am. Service between 12:20 am and 4 am is provided on demand.

I chose this hotel because it is close to the hotel and has a shuttle. I found the room to be clean but somewhat dated. The bed was comfortable. As others have noted the AC unit in the room was quite noisy so if you are a light sleeper be aware. I found it odd that the hotel shuttle makes a stop at an offsite airport parking lot on the way to the airport. I barely heard the airplanes that fly nearby when the air conditioning wasn't running.
I probably would not stay here again as there are other Hilton properties nearby.

Must say that Cyrus at the Front Desk was welcome relief for the start of our one month in Europe. The trip had gotten off to a rough start and he was very much the welcoming soothing presence we needed. Also, Room 1110 (double room suite) was nice. Lounge is open until 11 PM which is a bummer for those of us burning the candle at both ends.
Shuttle to airport is convenient albeit you are some distance from SFO. Factor time into your schedule for that. The shuttle stops at one other hotel.

Room was called a deluxe room but seemed to be just a standard room with view of roof and parking lot. Comfortable bed and large screen TV. Near walking path near bay that was nice. Was not near any dining other than over-priced restaurant in hotel.

Downtown Burlingame is an excellent option if you are looking for alternative dining venues. Located only a few miles away it offers a wide variety of international cuisine. If you do not have a vehicle the Burlingame Trolley offers convenient complimentary transportation to the many shops and restaurant the city has to offer.

From the moment of check in to the checkout, the staff was extremely professional and courteous. JC in the front desk went out of his way to give us a Bay view room once he found it was our anniversary. The housekeeping staff extremely friendly and always greeting with a smile. Very clean rooms and awesome shuttle service to downtown Burlingame.
