If I were rating WhiteCaps just on the people who work there, it would be "Excellent." The host is cheerful, warm and helpful. The wait staff was nice but when it got busy they rarely stopped by the table to offer refills of coffee.
The quality of the breakfast buffet was very good. It offered scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and a hot entree of the day. It also offered pastries, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, pineapple, cereal, oatmeal and yogurt. The omelettes are an extra $4 but were very good.
The only reasons I have not rated it as "Excellent" overall are the sometimes inattentive waitstaff, the price of the breakfast buffet is just a little too high ($18 with omelette), and the lunch and dinner menu selection is limited.
