Bakersfield has a Hilton Garden Inn with everything you expect: cleanliness, friendliness and comfort food. Our room was quiet, even though the hotel seemed to be full. Everything was wonderful. The staffs, the location, cleanliness and very professional. The lobby, the hallway are so clean. And they have everything in case you forget done toiletries. The selection of food for breakfast excellent

It’s a good thing the hallway in the hotel is so dim/dark because you wouldn’t want to look at that carpet. So worn and stained. ridiculous. Don’t stay here till you know they remodeled.
Exterior and lobby was okay. Odd that they charge $17 for breakfast. Many competitors include it in the room rate.
The restaurant and bar are not open but they serve breakfast. The pool is open but not heated and dirty. and the hot tub is out of order! We had 2 rooms and issues with the TV in one and bathroom lights in the other.
Please bear in mind there is no food no breakfast no services of any kind as far as I can tell. Except for perhaps the gym and Business center maybe. If you want water they will charge you. And even though some places will claim that they have breakfast there is literally nothing. You can get a cheaper hotel with better services. Also the building was noisy it is lacking soundproofing. Also the staff is not wearing masks so if you consider masks a reasonable thing a business could do to make you feel like they're trying to keep you a little bit safer, this is not the place for you.
