Stayed here in Mid-February on a business trip. As hotels go it was perefectly good at being a hotel. The room was clean, although it was on the street side without a balcony and turned out to be surprisingly noisy at times when mopeds drove by or people hung out on the street talking loudly.. But I am used to that so it was not a surprise.
The linens were clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. They were also helpful with suggestions for food that turned out to be on target. There just isn't anything that makes this hotel stand out from others except for its location. It's close to the seaside volta and near good gelato at the Antica Gelateria.
The bathroom set-up was a bit odd in that it resulted in the entire floor getting wet. I am used to Greek bathrooms, but this one lacked any kind of floor barrier to keep water that missed the first drain from running out into the rest of the bathroom. It turned out the bathmats were good at catching the overflow.

The hotel itself is just what you need for a short stay in town. Well located and clean. Breakfast is just ok too.
The bad part is the staff at reception. They are not amicable at all, and if you go to ask something they act as if they were forgiving your life. Not a single smile and “towards client” attitude.

The best thing about this hotel is the reception staff and manager. They are so friendly and helpful and always make time for any questions/issues you may have, but are also willing to just chat, which makes you feel really welcomed and appreciated. Our room was small but perfectly comfortable with good a/c and wifi. The room was clean and we had daily towel changes, bed made, fresh shampoo sachets etc. A couple of negatives: The shower (wet room) did overflow in to our bedroom on one occasion but this was fixed immediately by the manager. No tea/coffee making facility in room. Although the hotel is in a great location for Old Nafplio and the port, it is on a busy corner, so we were woken early by traders and restaurant delivery vans making a lot of noise. On the weekend we stayed, people were shouting and talking loudly for a couple of hours from about 11 - 1 am as they made their way home, which again was a disturbance. This is mid/late October, so I presume that if you go in the peak months, noise could be an issue. There are probably quieter locations to be had in Nafplio. Overall, though, a very enjoyable 5 night stay with lovely staff, a decent breakfast included and close to every thing all for 60 euros p.n.

An average hotel; pleasant, convenient location; nice staff with excellent service; tiny but clean rooms;

The breakfast was plentiful but nothing particularly noteworthy. No coffee pot in the room but they have it downstairs.

The Hotel Victoria provided a pleasant stay in the delightful town of Napflio. It was included in the tour I was on. It was close to the main attractions of Napflio, including the old city with its restaurants and shops, the cruise port, plus the steps to Palamida Castle and the little boat to Bourtzi. The room I had was quiet.

- friendly staff
- near to restaurants and port area
- near to other attractions

The room had:

- a comfortable bed
- a bar fridge, but no minibar
- a desk area with power point
- hanging space for clothes
- a TV
- a telephone
- basic toiletries provided
- breakfast provided
- Free WiFi (I measured a download speed of 8.66Mb/s and upload 0.84Mb/s)

- no drawers for storage of clothes
- no room safe
- a small offering on the breakfast menu
- an open shower recess. Everything in the vicinity gets wet.

All in all though, I had a pleasant stay.
