This is Provence at its bests!
The food is simply delicious. A kind of traditional french cuisine with a contemporary twist. The vegetables are picked fresh in the garden, the origin of the meat, poultry or fish is indicated on the menu.
A dinner will cost you min 80€ per person if you take the cheapest wine but it's worth the money.
The service is effective, caring, not too much which is exactly what you would expect.
The location in the middle of olive trees, surrounded by lavender fields is just sumptuous
