Highly Unprofessional & Greedy behaviour by Hotel owner Mr. SUMIT. Booking made 2 months advance in June 2022 for Stay 13-15 th Aug 2022. On 9th Aug owner called me & told me that he has given my booked rooms to someone else as he was getting much higher prices as it was 3 days holiday. He told me to cancel the booking which i did 2 months in advance. He also said there will be bachelor's party instead of my booked rooms because they are paying higher amount. My family trip was cancelled which i planned 2 months earlier. Don't ever trust this person, he can refuse/cancel your fully paid booking if someone offers him higher prices till very last moment. I made booking through Goibibo with full advance payment. I can share my booking id & whatsapp chat screenshots with owner Mr. Sumit asking me that he can't give me rooms & asking me to cancel the booking. My planned trip was ruined.
I paid Rs 4200/- full payment advance for my booking. Now as i posted my review he is offering free stay.
How it can be possible that a person can give free rooms as he is not satisfied by Rs 4200 advance payment.More
