The hotel is located in the city centre. The entire hotel has been recently renovated. The Rooms were well made and appointed. Vegetarian food is good. However, have to reserve my comments on NonVeg food that is served.More

While the hotel has tried to improve this run down property, it is not much value for money. As you enter the hotel, the lobby itself is enough to put you off. It is dark and full of mosquitoes. you check in and is led to your room; the elevator is for the Victorian era and you would not want to use it a second time. The internal layout of the hotel is confusing with narrow lanes around a closed courtyard. The facilities is the room are very basic. The wifi connectivity is horrible, enough to drive away business travelers. The complementary breakfast in the morning is also awful with very little variety. On the overall, not a great experience.

It was really amazing to see rooms at third floor, It is up to the level of 5 star Hotel. Service was really good. Buffet breakfast was good lots of variety was there. Helpful staff. The plus point of this Hotel is location just front of the D.B. Mall M.P. Nagar. Down town hotel close the all attraction and very near to all amenities like market. Corporate offices. Govt. offices. Over all my stay was very comfortable there.

I stayed in this Hotel after a break of a year, was surprised to see the renovated rooms, which really well placed and maintained. It is a real good budgeted hotel.
Improvement expected is in Kitchen which has not yet renovated in preparing the food and service.

Stayed on business trip for 2 days.
Although outer ambience is average, it is a quite functional hotel.
Recently renovated, good rooms, though may turn out to be small for family.
Room amenities are sufficient.
Particularly lighting is adequate and charging points are handy.
Location close to shopping areas.
Room service is fairly quick.
Breakfast spread and taste is good.
Only negative points are -
1. Small Wardrobe relative to room size
2. No rack next to the shower to keep shower gel or shampoo - a basic error
Room tip - Third floor ones are good.

Food is delicious, however slightly pricey. Services is good. Waiters were available for prompt orders and delivery. They arranged for a cake and a quiet long table so we could have our private space.
