Some trips work out in a jiffy while some take their own sweet time, my trip to Bhopal was the latter and I am glad that when it finally worked out, I choose Taj over others. When I had made my booking I was not sure whether I would be provided with an early check in as I was supposed to reach Bhopal early morning. For this I must compliment the reservation executive Mr. Sughosh who assured me from the very beginning that an early check in would be provided subject to availability and just a day prior to my arrival I was confirmed the same. I thank him for his sincere efforts. On the Day of arrival, I was attended at the front desk by Miss Areesha. All the formalities were completed without any delays and I was provided my room by the time I had requested. But the warmth and hospitality was not to end there. When I had called the In dining service for breakfast, to my surprise the executive (Mr. Manoj) offered me a complimentary meal and gave me the option to choose items from the menu just to ensure that I have a hearty meal. I would also like to mention about Mr. Tara who served me my breakfast with his warm, innocent and affectionate smile. I was really touched by this gesture. I enjoyed my time swimming at the infinity pool and made some unexpected friends as well. I must make a special mention for my friend, Toshiba who is a local and often visits your property, she too spoke very highly of it and you guys lived up to every word of it.

At the day of check out, the breakfast at Machaan was amazing to say the least and when I had requested for a late check out, again Miss Areesha happily obliged for the same. The stay came to a sweet end as I was able to utilize the voucher I had received and was able to buy some amazing muffins being served at the Emperor's Lounge for my friend and her family.

All and all I could not have asked for a better stay and I want to thank the entire team for all the hospitality and warmth they showered upon me throughout the stay. All this gave me a feeling of home while being away from home. You have given me more than one reason to come back to your property and I sincerely hope it happens soon and unlike this time, i hope its more than just one day.
