Accomodation was fine, view is just awesome.
The executive chef Mr. Khem Singh served us well, he make it a point to ask individually to all the customers about the food being served and make sure to keep the customers satisfied.
Other staff was also helpful.

Our stay at Hotel D polo, Dharamshala was Excellent. The staff was very Generous. We were impressed with the food and Chef Khem Singh. He came to our table and suggested us different local cuisine. He even added a complimentary dish to our dinner, which was amazing. We loved our experience at the hotel.

The overall stay was wonderful. We stay in the hotel for 3 days. We were really impressed with the service of the staff especially Chef Khem Singh. He was extremely courteous. He made an effort to customise our food and the breakfast buffet. We had a beautiful experience at the Hotel.

One of the best hotels in Himachal, I must say. This was our first trip to Himachal and D' Polo was the best hotel to stay in.
Staff was nice but the best part was the food and their hospitality.
We had a complimentary breakfast the day we were to check out and as we were having our breakfast, Chef Khem Singh ji came to our table and very politely offered us his special brownies as his compliments to the guests.
The breakfast in itself was too rich.. had everything one can imagine and the taste was very good too.
For me the highlight was the brownies served with love by the executive chef himself.
I would recommend anyone going Dharamshala (H.P.) to opt for this hotel and their services.
