Moe's Southwest Grill is essentially a Subway style restaurant that serves Mexican food. You pick your base such as a taco salad shell, or tortilla, and then select which toppings you want added such as beef, chicken, rice, beans, cheese, guacamole, peppers, olives, lettuce, and so on. Most entrees are served with chips. Multiple salsa varieties are also available at a nearby food bar. They food is tasty enough, and I do enjoy it. However, there are better options available if you are looking for authentic Mexican food. My biggest complaint with Moe's Southwest Grill is the lack of cleanliness. Most of the tables are dirty from previous guests. There are also a couple of booths, chairs, and tables that are broken. Food was also scattered across the floor of the dining area. The employees seemed overwhelmed, and there was no evidence of a true leader, or management. With these thoughts in mind, this restaurant has potential to be great. However, currently I would consider it as average.
