One of the best meals I have ever had. With only four tables, the service is excellent and the staff takes great care and pride in what they serve. Not cheap, but very, very highly recommended.

A very small restaurant, just 3 or 4 tables, served by owners. He cooks and she hosts guests, with a helper. If you have a free night in Coyhaique, strongly recommend Dali, but you'd better book ahead, for obviuos reasons.
No written menu, but six selections of starter and six main course, maybe 4 or 5 desserts. Many dishes use regional ingredients, even herbs and spices from their own garden. We had one starter of crab and king crab (centolla) on avocado; and I had a lamb and eggplant main course; and my companion, a morilla -local mushroom- rissotto. Shared a dessert (orange cheesecake) since not enough appetite for one each. All dishes were very elegantly presented, really fine dinning.
Prices not cheap, but well worth it for such a special meal.
Be forewarned, no credit cards or debit. But they are happy to take cash transfers or Chilean cheques.

Excellent restaurant with eclectic atmosphere. The best meal we ate while vacationing in Patagonia. The carpaccio vicuna was unlike anything I have ever eaten and delicious as was the "little fishes" with the salmon. The desserts were excellent, especially the cheesecake. We expected the meal to be expensive based on poor food and high prices at other restaurants but was very reasonable.

We had a divine meal, which would easily compete with the top restaurants in Melbourne. A quirky place with lots of interesting knick-knacks, we were blown away by the meal! Every bite was pure deliciousness!!

If you're looking for a high quality meal in Coyhaique, this fits the bill. If you're looking for a singular dining experience along with it, well, you're in luck with that too.

Located slightly outside the main strips in a charming and interesting home, the Dali surprises with its interesting environment, disarmingly social staff and surprising plate selection.

We had Calafate pisco sours to start which were outstanding. Followed by deer carpaccio appetizer, wow. Delectable.

The main plates of rabbit, a local with fish and lamb in our group pleased all around. The dessert was excellent too. Really a fine locale with extremely charming staff.

Go if you can!
