A very small restaurant, just 3 or 4 tables, served by owners. He cooks and she hosts guests, with a helper. If you have a free night in Coyhaique, strongly recommend Dali, but you'd better book ahead, for obviuos reasons.
No written menu, but six selections of starter and six main course, maybe 4 or 5 desserts. Many dishes use regional ingredients, even herbs and spices from their own garden. We had one starter of crab and king crab (centolla) on avocado; and I had a lamb and eggplant main course; and my companion, a morilla -local mushroom- rissotto. Shared a dessert (orange cheesecake) since not enough appetite for one each. All dishes were very elegantly presented, really fine dinning.
Prices not cheap, but well worth it for such a special meal.
Be forewarned, no credit cards or debit. But they are happy to take cash transfers or Chilean cheques.
