I enjoyed the resort. It is brand new and the installations are fairly good. Problems: 1) beach was loaded with algae 2) I forgot a brand new JBL Wi-Fi speaker in the room. A couple of hours after I leave I called the hotel and tried to retrieve it. They said someone was sent to the room and didn't find it, which was impossible because was hanging in a fixture beside the bed and no new guest was checked in. I tried to go there and check in person the same night and they didn't allow me in. I made tons of phone calls to the customer service and front desk, contacts via WhatsApp with the same results. I went to the hotel in person next day and was stopped in the front gate. They did not allow me in. To be short, after you leave the resort and the identification is cut off your wrist, the same person that was treated with smiles is now an unwelcome person. Not different of a street walker or a criminal. That really screwed my entire experience with the resort, which had been good so far and tell me that this is the very last time I stay in a Princess resort.

Room tip: Hotel is too big. Call the hotel is better.

We visited with our 5 yr old Feb 3 through 10th, 2020.

What we liked:
The kids pool was amazing.
Everyone that worked there was friendly, dinner service was outstanding.
The family club room had a great layout and was quite large.
The beach is gorgeous.
A la Carte restaurants had a great selection with very good food.

What we didnt like:
Let me start with DO NOT BUY INTO THE Royal Club!! It is a waste of money and you WILL regret it. Read the reviews!! The "concierge" people are not whom they say they are. They are the guys trying to bring you to the people to buy into the club. they will hassle you, and annoy you, and continue to ask you the entire trip.

There was constant construction everywhere as they are still renovating until April 2020.

The entertainment is lacking. They are not very organized for kids games, the mini disco was the SAME songs in the SAME order every night. Except for movie night, which was in Spanish.

There were only 2 places open for breakfast and lunch - both buffets. the selections were lacking, the entire resort had to eat together at only 2 places. If youre vegetarian good luck with these 2 meals.

All in all, it was a nice getaway but we will not be returning to this resort.
