We spent a great time at The Elements Krabi Resorts, stayed 4 nights. This hotel is very good for people who would like to spend a peaceful time and be relaxed, not for active tourists who love to enjoy everything from morning to night life.
All staffs are very friendly and kind with smile. They kindly provided us with an upgraded room. The room is large enough, quite clean and comfortable, the view from the balcony is very nice (pool side). The separate bathtub with Jacuzzi is also good point. The garden and the plants/trees are well cared and beautiful, so the pool is very good. The breakfast was just ok, there were many dishes more than expected. The restaurant is good (although we tried only Thai cuisines) and all prices for dishes and drinks are affordable taking “hotel price” into account.
The hotel is far from downtown and there is few restaurant or shop around the hotel (only one restaurant is in walkable distance). It is a cons. However, they offer free-shuttle service to Ao Nang in the afternoon (departing 3 and 5 pm, returning 5:30 and 8:30 pm) and it is convenient for shopping, massage/spa or dinner. If you want to go out from morning, you need to call a taxi (it would be 600BT).
Overall we were satisfied with the hotel and service. They gave me a special surprise and it made me feel we were welcomed. It was a good memory. I would recommend you to stay here for relaxing.

In my opinion, it would be much better if the followings are improved:
- Flies were swarming over the dishes of the breakfast buffet. Dishes should be covered with cages or nets.
- Hot water from the shower and bath was relatively unstable, sometimes tepid or cold.
- If you clean the beach in front of the hotel such as fallen leaves and branches frequently, it could be available for swimming/bathing and tanning. As the hotel is a bit far from the nearest beach, use of the beach in front may be one option.
- More rental bicycles would be convenient to go to Klong Muang or Tubkaak beach for dinning or swimming.

My family had a wonderful and fantastic time at The Elements Resort. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, making the stay a very comfortable and pleasant. The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious.

They provide logistics, to and fro from airport✈ and scheduled free shuttle service to town. They also organised private tour for us in the islands, tiger cave and hot spring♨ absolutely great experience.

Thank you to the staffs at The Elements Krabi Resort for the wonderful stay!

The hotel is nice and the swimming pool is good. We stayed there for 10 days.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyday the staff had friendly smile with us. The impressive is the nice service. No matter in the restaurant or sit close to the swimming pool.
Some staff speak fluent English.
We enjoyed our stay in the Element Krabi Resort.

The resort is very nice. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Balcony overlooking the pool. Nice pool. Soaking bubble tub and separate shower. Quiet peaceful location.

But. I wouldn't stay here again. Nearby beach is full of broken coral and bookended by horrible rusting machinery. No restaurants nearby. Very very expensive taxis.

Next time I'll stay in tub kaek beach instead. Beautiful white sand and great view of nearby islands. Good restaurant on the beach too

The room, bathroom and balcony is spacious, mattress is in my opinion very hard.
The staff is very smiling and always helpful. The breakfast buffet is large and versatile.
However, the location of the hotel is very remote from a city and a good beach and there is only one tandem bike available.
The pool is nice, but there are far too few sunbeds.
We participated in the hotel's New Year's party and countdown (we thought), but the party ended already at 10 pm, very very peculiar.
