Everything is perfect, very kind et helpful family, beautiful place, feet in the sand, beach 5 minutes by walk and very very good food. Appam (coconut pancake) and Emil’s caramel pudding. All is delicious.

Everything was perfect. The house us beautiful, near the sea. It's calm with a lot of vegetation. Our hosts are very kind. Grita is the best cooker of Kerala and Jimmy a great guide for visits. Soecial recommandation. I loved this place.
The place is very nice and the beach is only at 5mn walking distance! Also if you go near the hotels you can swim in a swimsuits without any trouble!!
Jimmy Greeta and Emile host you like a family member they are welcoming, helpful, have nice conversations ... in a word they are so sweet!!!

We spend 5 days in Achayans Homestay and really enjoy this time. Homestay is located at beach village Mararikulam in Aleppey district.The beautiful and not crowded Marari beach is just 15 minutes nice walk from home.The hosts were really friendly and helpful (they arranged kayaks and Tuk-Tuk for us when we needed transport to Kochin). What is more they also gave us detailed and helpful information about local buses, bus to Munnar (Jimmy wrote us names of bus stops in Malayam to show to driver). We felt that we can relay on their advices. We loved Kitchen of Greeta! She made for us every morning different Indian breakfast. :) Also every dinner was always a delicious suprise! Every meal was tasty adventure. Room was clean and spacy (we booked room in cottage house). To resume i would recommend this place for everyone who likes people, good kitchen and good relax on beach.

Nice rooms, great food and about 15 minutes to beautiful, peacful and crowdless beach.
That was our best homestay in India. We liked it so much that we decided to come back for our 2 last days in Kerala. Jimmy, Greeta and Emil are lovely people with great attitude to guests, full of natural kindness. We had many very interesting conversations and we received more help than we had even expected. All that made this stay more like couchsurfing experience than a normal hotel-guest relation. And last but not least, Greeta's breakfasts and dinners were really stunning and every day different :)
