Very friendly staff who ensured all the covid safety protocols were implemented. Was super impressed when I learnt that Muthhoot group went above and beyond to ensure all the staff were vaccinated.
The xandari pearl, nestled in natural beauty has amazing ambiance and is very welcoming for a family vacation. The food and restaurant service is great as well. Overall, a perfect family weekend getaway.
Special mention to Thomas, saju, jeeson, mahesh and Jestin and the entire team for ensuring hospitality at its best.

My visit to this place is one of my best visit. The staff was very friendly. Everything was well arranged. All requirements was available on demand. Place was very hygenic. My kids enjoyed boating and fish feeding. The place is worth what you pay. I recommend all to visit atleast once.

We stayed in their private pool villa.. from the reception we felt we were in wonderland . All the staff were extremely courteous. All your needs are taken care by them without delay and with a smile . There r lots of activities inside the Resort. If u request for cycle they will provide it in ur room.. so it's easy to explore the 18 acres property with tht and also cherish our childhood cycle memories.. rooms were neat and tidy , Linens, towels ..private pool was very clean.. on the way to the pool they give u a mini beach feel with sand which is very relaxing gives u a feel of spending time in sea shore. Coming to food evening tea and breakfast were complimentary.. we ordered our dinner to our room.. so we got a feel of having dinner on a beach.. all the dishes we ordered for dinner were delicious.. kudos to simple ceaser salad . It was yum. We ordered it twice. Breakfast it was fully loaded with continental and kerala dishes. Thier inhouse mango jam was a highlight .. we liked all the dishes.. for the lunch we ordered a Alleppey fish curry and rice .. it was super delicious.. we would visit again and again. keep it up whole @xandari team.

We had a good experience while we stay in resort. But we are terribly not happy with Reception staff after we check out. We got a call from this staff and informed that their Soap Holder and Hand wash holder is missing and they behaved like we theft these items. We never faced this situation in any other resort or Hotel before. I will never refer any of my friends/Family to visit this Resort.
Also Food charges is High, one Porotta they charged 150 rs, One Biriyani they charged 750 rs. Resort team have relook on it.
