A lovely quiet place to stay so close to the beach. Khun Chako is an exceptional host who is always willing to help and he arranged for us to have a lovely boat trip.
Even when he went on a pilgramage he would often call to check that we were ok. Gracie cooks delicious meals. Try the fish curry. They are such sweet and kind hosts. The rooms are so spacious too. Highly recommend.More

An amazing place to stay with very great hospitality, must visit. The breakfast is amazing and complementary, however all other meals are charged at reasonable rate, so plz have the rate predecided. The place have no parking space of its own , however vehicle can be parked at 2 mins walk from guest house.

We stayed here for 3 nights with 2 boys 7 & 4 years old. Place is nice and quite with really good sized room to fit for us. Food was really nice and they tailored it according to our kids needs. Thanks to Gracey Akka who has been very kindly checking up regularly if kids are eating properly or not. Kunjumon is the heart and soul of this homestay. He is very hardworking and makes you feel home all the time arranging/advising whatever is required. Beach is 2 mins walk and very beautiful with very less people around.
I would highly reccomend staying here and you will not be dissapointed.

Kunjacko
Felt like staying with family. Kunjacko is an excellent host and speaks English very well. Food was very good and is a true Kerala experience. Beach is less than two minute walk. Yard area with hammocks was quite large and great for our kids. Rooms were spacious and had AC. They are rustic, but perfect for a homestay. Kunjacko's recommendations were excellent for activities that suited our family. Beach is not crowded, and is quite beautiful. Wonderful stay.

I stayed there only for one night, the place is nearby the beach in a quiet and beautiful place. My bungalow was comfortable and clean. I had a typical breakfast of Kerala with some advices and explications from the owner Kunjumon : I highly recommend this place if you want to rest and discover more things about this culture. The staff was very welcoming, thanks a lot!

This guest house is worth staying. Attentive and kind care from the owner, nice and clean rooms, beautiful park and really tasty and original cuisine. A great place to stay at 2 minutes by walk from scenic beach. I recommend.
