A really nice place to stay with a good atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious homely food. Well maintained rooms. Hardly, halk kilometer to the beach. A perfect place for family, couples and solo travellers.

We stayed 2 weeks there. We were there last year for 4 days with my wife. Marari green villas is the Best place to be. This is a quiet place, with bungalows and rooms. À nice swimming pool, cleaned every day. The staff is really nice , everything you need they do their best to satisfy you. The restaurant is wonderfull, every meal are great. They give you many advices about what you can see around (fishmarket, festival, shops). The beach is at 500m. You can use bicycle for free. Just THE paradise with nice people. Anundu (the owner) and his parents are great people. Go there: no doubt
One night stop on way back to airport. Hosts were helpful and offered a good price for room and breakfast.
There's not much shade around the pool except on the side opposite the rooms. Only complaint was that mosquito larvae hatched in the pool and they made it worse by turning on the pumps so these were swirled around the whole pool rather than being confined to the corners.. Naturally we didn't venture in after that!
just stayed 5 nights at the Marari Green Villas, and thoroughly enjoyed it, The rooms are a good size, the pool is great, and they have a good stock of bikes for free use of the residents, staff also were all friendly and helpful
We stayed at a big beach resort here last year and found this by chance - and it is a real find: small, but perfectly formed. Big rooms in the poolside villas, lovely pool, and food available for lunch and dinner. The perfect relax!
If possible I would give more than 5 * as a rate for this beautiful. Perfect for single travellers, family with children, couples. It is a short walk to the beach (I saw a dolphin jumping in a sunset light). Bicycles are available for your cycle trips. Wifi works very well. Everything you need you will find as it is written in a description of MGV. There is a swimming pool where you can have a rest and swim and there are many more advantages like amazing people who will take care about your best time in Marari. What to add? I like also singing birds and soft music from the temple during sunrise.
