I travel to Guatemala 3-5 times a year and travel all over once I arrive, for business and pleasure. Casa Blanca is about as good as it gets. Private, safe parking and rooms with a very good restaurant and strong wifi make it. A perfect stay for this business/tourist traveler.
You have to get used to having to run the water in the shower for 5 minutes before the hot actually arrives. Ask for a room away from the front door unless you like car fumes and vehicle noise.

Very friendly staff.
Traditional breakfast was wonderful. Served in half outdoor restaurant. about 9 degrees as was the room. No heat. Bundle up in blankets and good to go.
Room tight with 3 beds. Can be compared to a very basic unloved motel. If you have never travelled in a developing country you might have a fit.
Good enough for a night close to remote mountain area but they found mould on the wall next door. The rest of the group (was on a tour) refused to go back the second night as planned.
Place needed some work.
On a major noisy road.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the 200s. It's a newer building in the back, away from street noise and better looking. Make sure there is no wedding that night. The sound of music (we're talking rave type not Mayan) was barely better than the sound of trucks rolling by!
