Stayed with the family here at Los Cocos. Very good amenities, service and clean. A quiet place with excellent and safe location. All staff are friendly and very helpful. No complaint whatsoever. Air condition, cable, internet, hot and cold water, all in order and never a problem. Kids enjoyed staff assistance in acquiring their favorite dinner...pizza. Will continue using Hotel Los Cocos when in Chetumal.

Presently spending a very comfortable stay at Los Cocos Hotel. Wonderful ambience, excellent hospitality and great staff. Loving my stay here. Lots Cocos is also located in the heart of Chetumal, Quintana Roo.

This hotel is situated in the middle of the town. There are a lot of shops along this road. The Mexican breakfast Salbute is very very good. The room is nice size with comfortable bed. Free parking and WiFi everywhere in the hotel. There are also swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Well-designed, helpful valet services.
Pool closed far too early, especially when it is difficult to enjoy during the day with children running rampant.
They attempted to charge me $40 MXN for ice when I asked the restaurant to fill a bag slightly larger than the ice bucket they gave me. Ice should be complimentary when a restaurant has an industrial sized ice machine.

Enjoy our two day stay. Museum is across the street, local market a block away, shopping and restaurants just blocks away, and easy stroll to the beach.
The on site restaurant has a large menu with English and Spanish descriptions. Breakfast was very good. Have had lunch and dinner in the past and both were fine.
The grounds are quite pretty and one would never know they are in the middle of the city.
Parking is free and secure which is a big plus.
Only issue was the lack of hot water late night? It was not cold, but lukewarm.
