How to reach: You can take a bus which stands near railway station to Baradari / Pavilions which is not more than 2km from railway station. Bus charges will be under Rs 10. Or you can even hire auto rickshaw (tuk tuk). This garden is attached to the Marble Pavilions ( locally known as Baradari, Built by Shahjahan in 1637 A.D )

Not only garden, ana sagar lake is also attached to it. There is also a play area for kids.. This is a wonder cool place to visit after 4pm. No entry tickets, you can even carry food inside and have it there. Just check the snaps attached with this review.

Thanks to the trip adviser and the comment of the fellow traveler for highlighting this place, It helped me to visit this place and I do not regret it. Bag is located near the Ana Sagar lake. Probably this is the coolest place to be in the city closer to the lake. Like any other Indian city, Ajmer is busy, chaotic, noisy, dusty with litter being scattered everywhere. In that context, trees, flowers, gardens are really soothing however much they are not maintained. That is the case with Durga Bagh. The marble pavilons errected by mughals add enormous beauty to the bagh. British apparently had destroyed the beauty by putting up buildings here. Credit goes to the Indian government for demolishing those concrete structures and restoring the glory of Mughal Royal Park. It has now been handed over to the general public. Evenings are pretty crowded with people. They come here for strolling along the lake and sit under the marble pavilions. For a tourist, it is worthwhile to visit here for about one hour and take a rest while seeing the beauty. This is situated closer to the Nasian temple and Akbar's palace. If you intend to visit Pushkar, you are able to catch a bus from here
