The hotel location is great if you are in Shiraz for a touristic trip. It's just a five minute walk to Karim Khan citadel and is near to other tourist attractions like Vakil Bazaar, Vakil mosque, Zand street and...
The hotel itself is very convenient, front desk staff were friendly and helpful, rooms are with mountains, yard and street view we stayed in room #217 it was large enough and beds're comfortable the only problem was room light, a small window to patio, I asked front desk to change it if they can but I didn't get any answer. the breakfast was good there are two restaurant in hotel, one traditional and one classic one I didn't try them and have no comment about them.
Snapp and Tapsi(Iranian versions of Uber) work in Shiraz I think they are best way for going around. If you have plan to visit Pasargad, Perspolis, Naqsh-e-Rajab and Naqsh-e-Rostam you can get one of the cabs stay in front of Citadel or take a Snapp or use hotel service (this one a more expensive option) BUT don't accept a time limit for your visit to enjoy your one-day trip (some of the propose a four hour tour for example) and try to set it on Friday that some of attractions may be closed.
