This quite new hotel has at least three great things to be liked. First their location is just opposite to one of Shiraz's the famous landmarks - Kharim khan fortress, and is walkable to the town business district to find good food and other shopping. Second its appearance looks very impressed, while new but majestic yet modern interior. Its room is spacious, clean, and new. Third, their staff are very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend.

very nice and lovely hotel. I have a memorable experience in this hotel. It is so majestic. Its restaurant serves various organic food. I suggest this hotel for business meetings and family trip to Shiraz.

Beautifully appointed hotel in an excellent location in Shiraz. This is probably the best hotel to base yourself whilst exploring Shiraz. The rooms are generous & nicely decorated - although we found the bathrooms a little small & getting in/out of the bath tub was cumbersome & can be a little slippery/dangerous as it's quite high.
Service is helpful & friendly with most staff able to speak English. The buffet breakfast offers a decent variety (although not much variation if you stay more than a couple of days). There's a pool & spa/bath house which you have to pay extra to use. There are set times for men & women.
Overall a very good experience but a way to go before they can be in the same league as 5star international hotels. But I definitely would recommend staying here if you visit Shiraz.

It's a great posh htl in perfect location, awesome masonry , very comfy beds& pillows, good breakfast plus well trained staff . Quite stately!
Mrs.ATR VASH extremely helpful, open to critics & very dignified demeanor. ( of course every one gets plus points there)

I am a hotelier for living and this hotel is everything a hotel should be. Let me sum it up: Pro - Built very solid, used great quality materials - Superb maintenance team (then again hotel is only 2 years old) - Shower heads, wardrobes, TV's, door locks, elevators, windows all of top quality (this is seldom) - Efficient check-in and check-out - Everyone has a vert good command of English - Location is the best money can buy in Shiraz - Amazing concierge, very knowledgeable - always helping - Very good housekeeping service, everywhere clean and fresh - Owners are in hotel 18 hours a day - shows top commitment - Internet speed is reliable but depends on occupancy (we had super and very poor) Cons: - Breakfast repetitive but of good quality - Coffee shop does not serve lounge and vice versa. You want lunch outside they will not allow it - you have to sit inside?! - Doors of bedrooms are thin so you hear from 6am group members leaving and going - Mattress and pillows hard (would do well with one soft and one firm pillow) - Avoid the spa or gym, especially the Iranian Bath!!! Disaster on every level. All in all I would book again any day of the week and recommend it further to anyone staying in Shiraz. Stayed in room 110 - I think the numbers closer to the lifts get better and are more spacious.

I stayed at Hotel Zandieh for 3 nights in 2016. Looking from outside it doesn't look to be a 5 star hotel. However, when you enter the lobby you change your mind. The personnel are very professional and friendly. The traditional restaurant was nice and refreshing with ample variety of Persian as well as western foods. The room is not huge but is large enough for guests to feel comfortable. The date I stayed at the hotel was actually February of 2016 not May 2016. The site didn't offer any time prior to that. I wrote a comment just after my trip on the hotel's website but, for some reasons, they did not post it! Overall, I was surprised to see such a nice hotel in Shiraz. Well done!
